Video Order Form - Central Vermont Dressage Association, Inc.
- The tapes are available for you to borrow for a period of two weeks
- Since these tapes are very
expensive to purchase, we require a $15.00 deposit for each video rented
- Send 2 checks made out to CVDA:
- For the deposit ($15/tape) - this check will be destroyed when the tape is returned safely and in good condition
- For the lending fee ($ 3/tape to cover postage)
You will be notified if there is a long waiting list
Please be sure to rewind the tapes
You must be a CVDA member to rent the tapes
